If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect products, please call us on:

...within 60 days of receipt. On the phone we will find a solution and advise you on what the best course of action will be.
On the phone we will ask you what issues you have with the product.
You will be asked to talk us through the process of how you use your products and our technical guys will be able to support you on the phone to resolve the problem.
After completing this process, we will send you a 'Returns Form' by email.
We will either issue a replacement or refund of your item. We also refund the cost of returning any items. This will be either as a credit on your account, a voucher or a refund onto the same payment method you originally used.
